Welcome to floor 2; Targeting the vibrant Seattle tech community looking for space after closing the first tranche of capital. Designed to accommodate two tenants seeking 5-6,000 sf areas while still giving the tenant space to grow. We took a look at what a potential space plan would look like including a desk profile, your space and plans may vary. The space doesn’t need to be divided and can accommodate one tenant.
